Akeem and Keyarrow Engaged!

So these two are due to be Married in January 2012 and I met with them yesterday for the Engagement shoot.  This shoot was cool for me because it's the first time in a while I've actually had the chance to do some night shooting.  I always enjoy the look in these types of pictures, and Keyarrow and Akeem were a great duo to hit the streets of Columbia with last night. Britt and I had a ball with these two on this three location session,  and I can't wait to shoot their wedding early next year. There were plenty of pictures that I wanted to choose for my sneak peek, but I was able to narrow it down to these. Enjoy!

Roman!

Wouldn't really consider myself to be a baby photographer, but every now and then I enjoy the adventure! Last week I had the pleasure of photographing little Roman at the USC Horseshoe. This little guy was just too cute, and he seemed to love being outdoors. He didn't cry once! It was so fun in fact, Brittany and I had baby fever for all of about 2 hours, then we began to recount those sleepless nights that come along with newborns! Maybe we can wait a little longer... :-).  Anyways, check out a few peeks from the shoot. Enjoy!!

Mr. and Mrs. Mintor

Last Saturday I packed up the truck and headed to Chester, SC to spend the day with Stoney and Chenell Mintor to celebrate their beautiful union.  being from a small town myself, it was cool get back to the vintage look of small town South Carolina, and I must say, I was impressed with the venues in Chester.  The day turned out to be a beautiful late summer day, and even though it was hot Stoney and his entourage were as cool as ever. The two had a traditional ceremony and were taxied away to the reception in  my Rolls Royce. I rarely get the chance to bring it out for my clients...yeah right! lol! but really, The Mother of the bride surprised them with a top of the line Rolls Royce to drive them to the reception venue. talk about riding in style! This wonderful couple really had a beautiful wedding, a lively reception and it was an honor for me just to be a part of it. Check out a few of my favs from the day. ENJOY!
