Jacinda and Aaron
Some days are just great for taking pictures, and March 27th just happened to be one of those days. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and I was scheduled to take some portraits of Cindy, Aaron, and his son Ayden at the State House in Columbia, SC. I took these portraits as part of an experimental marketing campaign in which all of my sessions will include a "facebook Proof CD." This CD will consist of Low-resolution pictures from the client's session (with my logo of course) that can be easily loaded to facebook, and since Cindy and Aaron were kind enough to do their pics at the last minute, the session was free. ( and because I got to test out a pair of SB-900 flashes I'd just bought:) ). But anyways, back to the shoot. when you're working with a bunch like these guys, the pictures just seem to make themselves. And little Ayden, had a ball just running around in the grass while we took pictures. we started out trying to get him to follow directions, but quickly figured out it was "Ayden's show" not ours...lol:). when we got home and looked over the pictures, Britt and I were ecstatic about how good they turned out. Cindy really should be a model, as Britt kept reminding me by saying "wow! she's smiling with her eyes on every picture! How does she do that?!" (too much Tyra). I was particularly satisfied with a candid we got of the father and son on the steps of the State House. It made me proud to be a Dad myself. check out some of the pics below:
