Just the Girls!

The date was Saturday July 16th, I was just getting back in town after being gone for a week, and what better way to kick off my homecoming than to meet up with Tonia, her daughter Kendal, sister Erica, and her mother Meme for a family portrait session! (I hope I got those names right ladies, I'm terrible with that!). This was actually my second of two shoots I had that day, but still it was a blast to do. It's always a great time when shooting kids.  Especially since I'm one to always approach a shoot with a plan. With toddlers, you may as well toss the plan out of the window, because you're going to do what ever it takes to keep Up! Tonia told Brittany and I that she had been practicing with Kendal and she was sure her little lady was ready to cooperate. Needless to say, once Kendal set her eyes on all that beautiful green grass at the USC Horseshoe... she just wanted to run!!!All in all it was a great shoot, and we really enjoyed the opportunity to spend the time with such a beautiful family.  here are some of my favs from the session.
